Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the booking of nanny and swim services provided directly by me, [Zahra Rizzy / May House Nanny] (“I”, “me”, or “my”). By accessing this website or booking a service, you (“you” or “Client”) agree to these Terms.

1. About My Services

I offer professional nanny services on a self-employed basis. Services include [ Nanny, nannysitter, pick up/drop offs, maternity nurse, travel nanny, swimming lessons etc.].
All bookings are subject to availability and my acceptance. Services are provided at my discretion and tailored to the specific needs discussed at the time of booking.

2. Booking Process

A Registration form must be completed prior to confirming a booking
Bookings must be confirmed via [www.mayhousenanny.com / BubbleSitterApp ]
Bookings are only confirmed when you will receive a booking confirmation via email.
I reserve the right to decline a booking if it falls outside my service area, availability, or suitability.

3. Fees and Payment

Payment terms (deposit/full payment) will be specified at the time of booking
Invoice payments, please complete payment within 48 hours of invoice date.
Payment methods accepted: [ bank transfer, website, paylink, Invoice].
Please ensure full payment of the agreed booking ( should you choose to start the sit later or end the sit earlier after a booking is confirmed full payment must still be made)

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you cancel:

More than 72 hours in advance from the sit start time: No charge or full refund.
Less than 72 hours in advance from the sit start time or no-show: 100% of the service fee is due.

If I cancel:

I will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule or refund any payment already made.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide a safe and appropriate environment for childcare;
Disclose any special requirements, allergies, or medical needs in advance;
Be on time for arranged drop-offs or pickups.
I reserve the right to end a booking early or decline future bookings if I believe the environment is unsafe or unsuitable for a child’s care.

6. My Responsibilities and Limitations

I will provide professional care and supervision based on the agreed service.
I am fully insured [DBS, First Aid, Insurance, which can be shown on request].
I am not responsible for pre-existing injuries, medical emergencies due to undisclosed conditions, or damage to property unless caused by negligence.

7. Privacy

All personal information you provide is used solely for booking and service delivery. I will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms occasionally. The most recent version will always be available on my website. Continued bookings after changes are posted indicate acceptance of the new terms.
